常見問題
一定要登入嗎？
不用。不登入也能使用所有記錄功能，資料只存在你的手機。登入（Apple 或 Google）後才能在多台裝置同步，以及使用 AI 與語音轉文字。
沒有網路可以用嗎？
可以。新時記離線優先，所有記錄先存在手機，連上網路後自動同步。
換手機後資料會不見嗎？
登入同一個帳號就會同步回來。沒登入時，請先在「設定 → 備份與匯入」匯出備份檔，在新手機上匯入。
AI 會自動改我的日記嗎？
不會。AI 產生的摘要、標籤、待辦和計畫都只是草稿，你按下確認才會寫入。
錄音轉文字怎麼用？
在新增時刻時開始錄音，切到其他 App 也會繼續錄。登入後，錄音可以轉成文字，附在那一筆時刻上。
規劃助理為什麼要位置？
為了找附近地點、估算交通時間和查天氣。位置會四捨五入到約 1 公里，不會儲存，你也可以關掉「用我的位置找附近地點」。
AI 有使用次數限制嗎？
有，每天有免費的使用額度，隔天會重新計算。
刪除帳號
- 打開新時記，進入「設定 → 帳號 → 刪除帳號」並確認。
- 所有裝置會立即登出。30 天後，帳號、所有同步資料，以及照片、附件與錄音都會被永久刪除。
- 無法使用 App 時，請用帳號的電子郵件寫信到 nguyenvanqui291@gmail.com，主旨寫「刪除帳號」，我們會在確認後處理，時程同上。
手機上的本機資料可以直接刪除 App 來移除。

Do I need an account?
No. Every journaling feature works without signing in, and your data stays on your phone. Sign in with Apple or Google to sync across devices and to use AI and transcription.
Does it work offline?
Yes. Everything is saved on your phone first and syncs when you're back online.
Will AI change my journal on its own?
No. Summaries, tags, tasks and plans are drafts until you confirm them.
Why does the planner use my location?
To find nearby places, travel times and weather. Your location is rounded to about 1 km and never stored, and you can turn "Use my location for nearby places" off.
Deleting your account
In the app, go to Settings → Account → Delete account. All devices are signed out right away, and after 30 days your account, synced data, photos, attachments and recordings are permanently erased. If you can't use the app, email nguyenvanqui291@gmail.com from your account's address with the subject "Delete account".
