簡單說：不登入時，你的日記只存在你的手機。登入後才會同步到我們的伺服器。我們不放廣告、不追蹤你，也不賣任何資料；只收集不含日記內容的匿名使用統計，而且可以關閉。
1. 不登入也能用
新時記是離線優先的日記 App。不登入（訪客模式）時，你的待辦、目標、未來清單、時刻、照片、附件、錄音與日記都只存在你的裝置上，不會傳到我們的伺服器。同步、AI 功能、語音轉文字與意見回饋需要登入。
2. 我們收集哪些資料、為什麼

我們的應用程式記錄只包含請求路徑、狀態碼與帳號識別碼，不記錄日記內容；代管平台為了安全與防止濫用，可能會短暫記錄連線 IP。「提醒事項」整合只在你的裝置上透過 Apple 的 EventKit 寫入，不經過我們的伺服器。
3. 我們不做的事
- 不放廣告，不使用廣告識別碼（IDFA / AAID）。
- 不追蹤你，也不跟資料仲介分享資料。
- 使用統計（Google Analytics for Firebase）不含日記內容、不使用廣告識別碼、不與帳號連結，也不用於廣告或跨 App 追蹤；可以在「設定」關閉。
- 不販售、不出租你的個人資料。
- 不用你的日記訓練 AI 模型。依 OpenAI API 政策，透過 API 傳送的資料預設不會被用來訓練模型。
4. 協力廠商（服務提供者）
以下廠商只為了提供上述功能而處理資料，並依其各自的隱私權政策處理：
- Apple：Sign in with Apple、Apple Maps（地點與交通時間）、WeatherKit（天氣）
- Google：Google 登入、Google Analytics for Firebase（匿名使用統計）
- OpenAI：AI 草稿與規劃助理（含網路搜尋）
- Deepgram：語音轉文字
- Cloudflare：R2 檔案儲存
- Zeabur：API 伺服器與資料庫代管（東京區域）
資料傳輸全程使用 HTTPS 加密。伺服器位於日本東京，你的資料可能在你所在的國家或地區以外處理。
5. 保存期間與刪除
- 帳號存在期間，我們會保存你同步的資料。你刪除的單筆項目會被標記為已刪除，好讓其他裝置也同步刪除；這些紀錄會在帳號刪除時一併永久清除。
- 刪除帳號：App 內「設定 → 帳號 → 刪除帳號」。刪除後所有裝置立即登出，帳號停用；30 天後系統會永久刪除帳號、所有同步資料，以及 R2 上的照片、附件與錄音。
- 無法開啟 App 時，可以用帳號的電子郵件寫信到 nguyenvanqui291@gmail.com 要求刪除。
- 訪客模式的資料只在你的裝置上，刪除 App 即一併刪除。
6. 你的權利
你可以隨時在 App 內查看與修改資料、從「設定 → 備份與匯入」匯出備份檔，或刪除帳號。若要存取、更正或刪除資料，或有任何疑問，請寫信給我們。
7. 兒童
新時記不是為 13 歲以下兒童設計的，我們也不會在知情的情況下收集兒童的個人資料。如果你認為有兒童提供了資料，請聯絡我們，我們會刪除。
8. 政策變更與聯絡方式
政策若有重大變更，我們會更新本頁日期並在 App 內告知。

In short: without signing in, your journal stays on your phone. Signing in syncs it to our server. No ads, no tracking, and we never sell data; only anonymous usage stats without journal content, which you can turn off.
Using the app without an account
Xinshiji is an offline-first journal. In guest mode, your tasks, goals, future list, moments, photos, attachments, recordings and diary stay on your device and never reach our server. Sync, AI features, transcription and feedback require signing in.
What we collect and why
- Account: email, name and an account identifier from Sign in with Apple or Google, to create your account and sign you in on your devices. Also your language and time zone.
- Journal content (tasks, goals, future list, moments, diary text, tags), synced across your devices when you are signed in.
- Photos, attachments and audio recordings, stored in a private Cloudflare R2 bucket and reachable only through short-lived signed URLs.
- Audio for transcription: sent to Deepgram when you transcribe a recording. The transcript is written to the moment, and the audio stays in your account.
- Text or attachments (PDF, Word, slides) you choose: sent to OpenAI only when you tap an AI feature (summary, tags, task extraction, attachment summary, planner). Results are drafts and are saved only when you confirm.
- Approximate location, rounded to about 1 km. It is used when you use the planner with "Use my location for nearby places" on. That setting is on by default, you can turn it off, and the system asks you first. The location is used to find nearby places, travel times and weather. Only the rounded point is used, and it is not stored.
- Feedback you send, with app version and platform, so we can reply and fix issues.
- AI usage records (feature, usage and latency, never content), for daily limits and cost control.
- Anonymous usage stats through Google Analytics for Firebase: screens opened, which features are used (for example that a moment was saved or a recording started, with only its kind and whether it has a photo, never its content), device model and OS, app version, and approximate country or region. They help us improve the app. On by default; turn them off in Settings → Preferences → Share anonymous usage stats. No journal content, no advertising identifier, not linked to your account, and not used for tracking or ads.
Our application logs record the request path, status and account identifier, never journal content. Our hosting provider may briefly log IP addresses for security and abuse prevention. Apple Reminders integration runs on your device through EventKit and does not touch our server.
What we don't do
No ads, no advertising identifier, and no tracking. Usage stats never include journal content, are not linked to your account, and are not used for ads or cross-app tracking. We never sell or rent personal data. Your journal is not used to train AI models; under OpenAI's API policy, API data is not used for training by default.
Service providers
Apple (Sign in with Apple, Apple Maps, WeatherKit), Google (Google Sign-In, Google Analytics for Firebase), OpenAI (AI drafts, planner with web search), Deepgram (transcription), Cloudflare (R2 storage), and Zeabur (API and database hosting, Tokyo). They process data only to provide these features. All traffic is encrypted with HTTPS. Data is processed in Japan and may be processed outside your country.
Retention and deletion
We keep synced data while your account exists. Items you delete are marked deleted, so the deletion syncs to your other devices, and are erased with the account. To delete your account, go to Settings → Account → Delete account in the app. Every device is signed out immediately, and 30 days later the account, all synced data, and the photos, attachments and recordings in R2 are permanently erased. If you can't use the app, email nguyenvanqui291@gmail.com from your account's address. Guest-mode data lives only on your device and is removed with the app.
Your rights
You can view and edit your data in the app, export a backup from Settings → Backup and import, or delete your account. For access, correction or deletion requests, email us.
Children
Xinshiji is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal data. Contact us and we will delete it.
Changes and contact
